Slick, efficient and quick service - everything that you want from an online retailer.
The design is not complicated, I (non-DIY person) assembled the wine rack without instructions - I only found them at the end :-) This is not an IKEA challenge.
Not gripes, maybe suggestions - (a) I was not sure of the width, and ended up counting the number of bottles on a shelf in the picture on the website, (b) pilot holes maybe a tad large. Had to insert a toothpick in a couple to make sure that the screws gripped, and (c) if you going to stain the rack - stain before assembly - or risk getting more stain on yourself instead of the rack.

An excellent and sturdy wine rack. It would be good to consider selling a wall brace with it due to its height and size of it. There were two screws missing and no instructions.

Great product. Pity three delivery was 3 screws short. Will now need to find a Durban source for these. Also, I don’t know what the two short pieces of wood are for or the 3 long screws with anchor plugs. Was there supposed to be a set of instructions with the delivery? Did not find any. But still a great product. Best regards, Graham

unfortunately there were only 3 screws for fitting the unit to the wall.I would have liked another one .there were all so 4 screws short for the wine racks. I still think it is a fantastic product and would recommend it
